Army Garrison Commander urges citizens to cooperate with new soldiers

 

Without the people the soldiers would not have a reason to operate, Chol Deng Chol says as Radio Easter reports.

 

He adds that a sound of a gun shot at night does not match with a newly created state.

 

Commander Deng says soldiers should not move with their uniforms and guns to public places because guns scare people.
