Law Enforcement Officers last Saturday arrested two suspects over claims that they always stop rain from falling in Torit County of Imotong State.

Torit Municipal Council Crime Officer, Captain David Kasmiro only identifies them as South Sudanese and a Congolese, Radio Emmanuel reports.

He says the community claims that the detainees used to move with magic and cry whenever they see signs of rainfall in the area.

The Crime Officer also discloses that the culprits were possessing opium, locally known as Bangi.

Dealing with drugs is unlawful, he warns.

They will be charged against the use of drugs.

Investigations are underway to verify the charges labelled against the suspects.
