Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO says delay of Dr Riek Machar, First Vice President designate return to Juba is due to mistrust between the parties.
Stephen Robo Musa, CEPO Coordinator in Wau says lack of confidence between the two parties has contributed to the interruption of peace deal, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Mr Robo expects from the parties to be concerned about public interest than personal interests.
The return of First Vice President, Dr Riek Machar to Juba is expected today after several postponements.
