Wau State administration has approved five million South Sudanese Pounds for funding upcoming inter-state conference in Bahr El-Ghazal region.
Governor Elias Waya says the funding comes from the national government to facilitate all necessary arrangements for the success of the event, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
The conference will discuss ways of making crop growers and cattle keepers to coexist.
The conference will also tackle recent insecurity in Wau and border conflicts.
Governor Waya says the conference is expected to start in May.
