More than ten villages in Kumbur Payam of Heiban County in Nuba Mountains have received vaccination for cattle following an outbreak in March.
Jibrin Musa, head of Kumbur Payam told Voice of peace Radio on Monday that the December 16 vaccine provided in the area was not enough.
More cattle in some Payams face shortage of medicine, he observes.
Musa realizes that some cattle keepers do not give accurate figure of their animals for proper budgeting.
The Head of Payam advises livestock keepers to take care and respond to vaccination whenever available.
