Citizens in Bariguna Payam spend three-days walking to the Health Centre of Ezo County to get services.
Sandarina Cleto Kamorima-azande says for the past three months there has been no single tablet at Bariguna Primary Health Unit, Radio Anisa reports.
She says HIV and other patients especially women and children are suffering and dying because of no health services in their area.
Payam Chief, Gordon Nando, agrees that during the recent conflict in Ezo County everything including medicines and house property were all robbed leaving people in a deplorable situation.
Small children are at high risk with no medicines in the store, the Chief regrets.
He mentions Malaria, diarrhea and HIV as the most diseases affecting people with no basic services in the Payam.
Bariguna Payam is one of the areas badly affected after armed confrontation between the youth and government forces in the Western Equatoria region.
