SPLA soldiers killed two brothers in front of their shop in Wau over the weekend and injured two others.
Eye witnesses say the incident started by a misunderstanding between two SPLA officers in a local bar where one decided to kill his colleague, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
Julie Severino Zabun says her two brothers were shot dead by the SPLA soldiers.
The soldiers also shot her at the right leg.
Elias Waya is the governor of Wau State. He says they are investigating why the SPLA soldier shot the civilians.
SPLA spokesman Lul Ruai Kong says he did not receive any official report about the incident in Wau.
Local witnesses say civilians mobbed a soldier who killed his colleague after he decided to run.
Those wounded including the SPLA soldier and a woman are getting treatment at the local hospital in Wau.
