The governor of Yei River State calls on people with grievances to exercise dialogue.
 
David Lokonga Moses also appeals to everyone in the state to cooperate with the government and church to work for peace, Radio Easter reports.
 
He reminds local citizens that fighting can only add more suffering instead of resolving it.
 
Governor Lokonga admits that citizens have suffered most over the two years of conflict and economic crisis.
 
Always pass messages of peace, agriculture and development, he urges leaders.
 
The Governor was addressing state cabinet after touring ministries on Friday.
