Maridi State Governor appoints deputy and other cabinet members

The Governor of Maridi State has issued three decrees appointing Deputy Governor, Advisors and Ministers.
 
Governor Africano Mande Gedima has appointed Samuel Bati Michael his deputy, Radio Anisa reports.
 
He has also appointed Edward Bukulu Mandes as an advisor on political affairs.
 
Governor Mande has named Mathias Onzi Bogi as an advisor on security affairs.
 
The gubernatorial decree becomes effective from Friday, April 1, 2016.
 
Maridi State is one of the 28 states created by President Salva Kiir in October, 2015.
 
IGAD Communiqué in January this year suspended any implementation activities of the 28 states since it violates the provisions in the Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan.
