Citizens in Ndrudu of Kumbur Payam in Nuba Mountains are optimistic that they would recover their cattle raided on Sunday night.
At least 77 cows that belonged to three individuals were stolen, Radio Voice of Peace reports.
Daleny Ibrahim whose 30 cows were stolen says efforts to return the animals were possible.
