The head of African Union Commission appreciates the government of South Sudan for receiving SPLM/A-In-Opposition forces in Juba in a cordial manner.
Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma in a statement says the warm reception is a right step in confidence building and reconciliation.
Let it serve as a stepping stone towards raising South Sudan to peace, stability and development, she says.
The AU Commission pledges unchangeable support for the return of the remaining SPLM/A-In-Opposition protection forces to Juba.
Dr Dlamini commends the Joint Monitoring and Evaluation Commission and other international partners for pushing South Sudan to implement the peace deal for normalcy to return to the country.
Meanwhile, South Sudanese continue to suffer from economic hardship as the local currency loses value miserably against the US Dollars every day.
