About 50 residents of Yambio participated in three-day training to provide platform for dissemination of the Peace Agreement content to the general public.
The training covers four counties including Yambio, Nzara, Ibba and Manvolo, Radio Anisa reports.
The training aims at imparting knowledge to Civil Society Organisations’ members to spread the content of the peace deal and do community consultation and civic education, says Simon Kaluok, one of the training team leaders.
Civil Society Organizations have benefited from the course that covered all chapters of the Agreement on the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan, says Bage Wilson Ismail, a participant in the training.
Democracy International organised the training.
