The head teacher of St Paul Primary School in Yei has challenged parents to avoid unnecessary interference in the administration of schools.

Lomuja Moses says some parents wanted to involve in a fight of their children instead of leaving it to school authorities to resolve peacefully, Radio Easter reports.

Some parents whose children are studying at St Paul Primary stormed the school premises upon hearing that their children were fighting, he explains.

In November last year, some parents chained up their children while sitting final examinations at the same school.

The school and municipal authorities warned the parents against the act, describing it as an abuse of child rights.
