Let the women in South Sudan be the Ministers of Finance for better performance without corruption and imbalance, says an official of Eve Organization for Women Development.

Eva Kiongo says the International Women’s Day on Tuesday should mean equal opportunities for women and men in employment and governance all over the country.

She believes women are not corrupt since they are mothers who budget to cater for all children without segregation.

March 8 this year marks the International Women’s Day under the theme: ‘Pledge for parity’ meaning ‘promise for equality’.

In Juba women will celebrate the Day at Nyakuron Cultural Centre in the morning hours and a roundtable conference at Crown Hotel in the evening.
