Put peace above politics, Ban Ki Moon tells South Sudanese leaders

United Nations, UN Secretary-General says South Sudanese leaders must put peace above politics to implement the 2015 Peace Agreement without further delays.
 
Respecting the terms of the agreement is a must, not an option, says Ban Ki-moon, Radio Bakhita reports.
 
The Secretary-General urges the leaders to overcome their differences to pave way for the formation of the Transitional Government of National Unity.
 
Ki-moon announces a donation of 21 million dollars for South Sudan to help in protection of civilians and the implementation of the peace deal.
 
He appeals to the international community to continue supporting the people of South Sudan.
 
The UN Chief concluded a one-day visit to the country on Thursday.
 
He met President Salva Kiir and representatives of internally displaced persons in Juba.
