The African National Congress, ANC commends the trial of 16 senior officials accused of corruption in the Office of the President.
The officials were alleged of forging the signature of President Salva Kiir to steal about 14 Million US Dollars, Radio Bakhita reports.
ANC Secretary for Information, Albino Akol Atak says the trial should be a step to eradicate corruption in South Sudan.
Justice and rule of law should be applied to all public servants suspected of corruption, he adds.
The trial of the 16 officials started on Thursday at the high court.
