Kapoeta East and South Counties are leading in 2015 Primary Leaving Certificate Exams.
 
The results released on Tuesday indicate Kapoeta East excelling with 97 percent and Kapoeta South scoring 86 percent to lead others in academics, Radio Emmanuel reports.
 
Magwi County falls in the third position, followed by Torit County in the fourth position, Ikwoto, Budi Lafon/Lopa and the last is Kapoeta North County.
 
The best candidate, Okwahi Juma Mark Oturo comes from Torit West while Stephen Ohisa David of St Kizito takes the second position.
 
Napero Joseline Filone Achila comes of St Thomas Primary School in Kuron is the best female candidate, followed by Joyce Nunu Gilbert of St Bakhita.
 
St. Thomas Primary School in Kapoeta East takes the first position with 100 percent pass rate followed by Covenant in Magwi.
 
Imotong State Governor, Nartisio Loluke Manir says there is need to put more efforts in teaching Sciences and English Language to boost higher institutions.
 
The governor declares scholarship for the best ten boys and ten girls admitted to government schools and half fees for others admitted to private schools.
