African National Congress or ANC is calling on the national and state governments to investigate causes of violence in Wau and Malakal.
ANC Information Secretary, Albino Akol Atak urges concerned authorities to form committees to look into the matter, Radio Bakhita reports.
Akol suggests those involved in the violence be brought to book to avoid similar future occurrence.
He says South Sudanese deserve to enjoy peace and stability, not insecurity and instability.
Albino says ANC has deep concerns about the two incidences that resulted into killing, looting and damage of property.
The Secretary-General was speaking to Radio Bakhita on Monday in Juba.
