Two people were killed including Payam rate collector during attacks in Nagero.
At around 12:00 AM rampant gunshots stormed the town, confirms Minaisu Uku County Acting Executive Director, Radio Anisa reports.
Among the victims was Simon Somurtu who worked for many years as a civil servant in Nagero County, adds.
People fear and the situation is difficult though some shops are opened, Uku says.
Similar incidents earlier occurred in Nagero County and one policeman was killed by unidentified gunmen.
The government is taking full control of the situation and trying to trace the perpetrators.
