The First Vice President will travel to Juba after the deployment of organized forces in and outside of Juba, says SPLA/IO Deputy spokesperson.
Major Dickson Gatluak in a statement on Friday said Dr Riek Machar would not travel to Juba unless all the necessary arrangements are in place.
He said President Salva Kiir should protect the agreement and cease all fire at all war fronts.
Major Gatluak called for the dissolution of the 28 states that he believes will in the future create more conflicts among South Sudan communities.
He said President Kiir needs to allow the amendments on the national constitution before the formation of the government of national unity.
CRN could not reach SPLA spokesperson for comment.
