‘More schools needed to overcome congestion’, says Head teacher

The government and partners should establish more schools to avoid congestion of learners in classes, says Christ the King Primary School head teacher.
 
Taban Emmanuel comments followed the release of primary leaving exams showing that many candidates failed, Radio Easter reported.
 
He suggests improving schools in rural areas so that citizens will not look for better education places far from their homes.
 
The return of learners from Uganda due to the current crisis is a challenge to the few existing schools, Emmanuel argues.
 
He was reacting to blames that schools are enrolling many learners.
