Fifty South Sudanese trained on solar electric installation

A local organization is improving the technological skills of young South Sudanese on how to provide basic solar electric connection to help provide light to communities.
 
Rial Bai Organization on Saturday graduated fifty beneficiaries at the Episcopal Church of South Sudan in the Diocese of Wau, Radio Voice of Hope reports.
 
the Organization’s Training Director Mariak Chuar says the beneficiaries are to ensure that basic solar connections are done by young South Sudanese.
 
He advises that if young people have skills, they will be able to generate income for themselves.
 
Episcopal Bishop Moses Deng Bul says it better to train South Sudanese in technical skills for development than equipping them with guns to kill one another.
 
The Episcopal Church of Sudan and South Sudan Diocese of Wau plans to conduct more advance training for the youth as part of its capacity building initiative.
