The Leader of Minority in the National Legislative Assembly says President Salva Kiir’s order to create 28 states is not people’s demand as claimed.

Onyoti Adigo Nyikwec explains that the people dancing for the 28 states are hired by the government to showcase on South Sudan Television that it is people’s demand.

He says people are starving in the country now and need at least dry food ratio for survival, Adigo says.

The agenda of 28 states needs suspension for peace to prevail, notes the Minority Leader.

MP Adigo says civil servants are being cheated by the 300 percent salary increment proposal due to ignorance on their rights.

The Minority Leader says without suspension of the 28 states’ agenda, South Sudan will never experience peace at all.
