Citizens in Juba expressed mixed opinions on the announcement of salary increment for civil servants in the country.
Some citizens suggest revising market prices and Dollar exchange rates to resolve the economic crisis instead of increasing salaries.
They observe that increasing salaries may not help the ordinary people.
Others say the increment of salaries is a good move though prices of goods in the markets shall rise up.
The citizens made the remarks during Radio Bakhita’s ‘Wake-up Juba’ talk show today morning.
