The Chairperson of United South Sudan African Party or USSAP told Wau Governor Elias Waya to carefully check government institutions, especially former ministers and advisors to surrender all public assets in good faith.
Joseph Okel Ubang advises SPLM to be serious in making reforms in all sectors.
He says individuals should account for any damage or misuse of public assets.
Mr Okel also appeals to leaders to accept change.
