Listeners of Radio Bakhita of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba express solidarity with the station in challenges it faces.

They spoke ahead of its tenth anniversary of live broadcast next month.

Various listeners said the Radio played a great role in enlightening South Sudanese to take part in 2011 referendum that paved way for the Independence of the country.

Radio Bakhita is a voice for the voiceless that talks without fear, say another constant listener.

They congratulate the staff of the Radio for the service and encourage its journalists to keep on amidst hardships.

The listeners made the remarks during ‘Wake up Juba’ Show on Friday morning.
