The community of Wonduruba shall decide either to join Yei River or Jubek State in March this year.
The community on Thursday disagreed on which state to join, reveals Bishop Paul Yuggusuk, head of Church Leaders Negotiation Initiative.
He says security situation in Wonduruba remains tense despite the peace agreement signed between the community and the SPLA in the area, Radio Bakhita reports.
Bishop Yuggusuk calls on Jubek State authorities to send law enforcement agents to help in the implementation of the peace agreement.
Wonduruba Payam was made a special administrative area under the office of the governor of former Central Equatoria in 2011 after bitter conflict between Bomas to join Juba County and Lainya County.
