Eastern Equatoria State parliament in Torit recommends the Minister of Health to direct the Municipal Council to arrest producers of noise around hospital premises.
Some people have been playing loud music and hooting vehicles near Torit Hospital, Radio Emmanuel reports.
MP Toby Lotto complains that the noise near the health facility disturbs patients.
MP Otim Peter Karlos resisted the issue.
But the Assembly Speaker Tobiolo Alberio Oromo tells the health minister to issue a directive to Torit Municipality.
Analysts observe that Torit Municipal officials issue orders but implementation becomes a challenge.
