Parliament in Torit approves assets division between Namurunyang and Imotong States created from Eastern Equatoria.
In a sitting chaired by the Speaker Tobiolo Alberio Oromo on Tuesday, the Assembly issued four recommendations to guide the distribution of the assets.

As Imotong state takes the state Palace, Namurunyang goes with Hotel Torit.
Namurunyang state takes Ministry of Finance while education facility goes to Imotong State.
Ministry of Land building goes to Imotong while Namurunyang takes that of Health.
Imotong takes state ministry of Public Service building and state Ministry of Agriculture goes to Namurunyang.
State ministry of Information building goes to Imotong while Local Government structures go to Namurunyang State.
Imotong take Ministry of Wildlife Conservation building while State Revenue Authority structure goes to Namurunyang State.
Resident of state deputy governor goes to Imotong and Namurunyang State takes Legal Affairs office, among other fixed assets.
