The United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator for South Sudan has condemned the robbery of a charity organization, Nile Hope in Juba.
Nile Hope office located in Munuki area was raided last Friday at gunpoint.
Those responsible must be identified and brought to account, Eugene Owusu, the Humanitarian Coordinator petitions.
Owusu says violence and crime against aid organizations in the country threaten their operations.
All actors should respect and protect humanitarian staff and assets, he urges.
Humanitarian organizations reported 32 cases of attempted or successful looting in October alone this year.
Owusu calls on the host government to provide safety for humanitarian workers.
