He fears more dust in the approaching dry season may worsen the flu, he is suffering from.
Road Construction Company, ABMC slowed down its work since it started five months ago, the resident says.
The resident says many people like him settling along streets in Munuki area suffer respiratory infections due to polluted air.
He blames Members of Parliament from the area for keeping quiet about the complaint.
The resident says they will make MPs to account for neglect when time for elections comes.
Munuki residents also complain about discrimination in water supply by the Urban Corporation.
They have not received water for several months, yet the Water Urban Corporation promptly presents bills for clearance.
