Jonglei State, Twic East County MP alleges that SPLM/A-In-Opposition killed about 22 people in a fresh attack on Friday.
Deng Dau Deng says about 20 thousand more people have been displaced in the incident.
He adds that several others were wounded.
The incident happened at Maar area, the headquarters of Pakeer Payam.
The MP says the 22 killed; include a policeman, priest and a teacher.
Others killed were women, children and elderly people, he adds.
MP Dau calls on humanitarian agencies to rescue the displaced.
