The Director-General in Eastern Equatoria Ministry of Commerce is calling for security to business communities.

Stephen Ihude Oduho says three shops have been broken in the state, Radio Emmanuel reports.

He says it is the responsibility of the state government to maintain security.

Mr Ihude says business men were asked to pay 60 South Sudanese Pounds for security.

But, security remains poor.

He wonders why traders were asked to pay 60 pounds yet they pay taxes.

One of the traders asks police to answer why there are not protecting lives and property.
