Eastern Equatoria Parliament debate on Wednesday heated up on the distribution of human resource between Imotong and Namurnyang States.
Public Service and Labour Acting minister Mark Akio while presenting the report says the workforce would be distributed equally, Radio Emmanuel reported.
MP Agnes Lox questions the title of the resolution and the criteria used to determine on the workers for the two states without a nominal roll.
MP Ben Loki questions the legality of the resolution since National Assembly is yet to approve a proposal of the 28 state.
In response, the Assembly Speaker Tobiolo Alberio says Easter Equatoria has to prepare because President Salva Kiir ordered creation of 28 states.
The Speaker handed the document to Chairperson of Specialized Committee of Public Service and Labour Angela Ajana Pio for scrutiny.
