The management of The Nation Mirror Newspaper announces that the National Security Service has authorized it to resume publication without any delay.
The Nation Mirror Newspaper Editor-in-Chief Wol Deng Atak told Radio Bakhita on Tuesday in a telephone interview that the National Security Service made the approval for its publication resumption in a meeting.
Editor Deng says the National Security made the authorization without any precondition or explanation why it shut down the newspaper for nearly a year.
He maintains that the newspaper will continue to stick to professionalism by balancing stories and ensuring accuracy.
The Chief Editor regrets loss of millions of South Sudanese Pounds in the last nine months and the inconvenience caused to The Nation Mirror Newspaper readership.
Editor Deng calls on readers to be patient as the management prepares to resume printing out the paper.
