Eve Organization for Women Development Programme Manager on Monday cautions businesses in South Sudan against redoubling commodity prices to make greedy profits.

Catherine Pita tells CRN in an exclusive interview that petty traders should plan well in advance to make reasonable profits by considering quality of commodity, reducing quantity slightly and maintaining prices to retain business operation for survival.

She reveals that economic crisis characterized with hiking prices and bank withdrawal limits of 1000 US Dollars is paralyzing Eve organization’s outreach activities of service delivery.

Small and medium women entrepreneurs last week complained that economic crisis in the country felt through rising prices and declining consumer purchasing power is threatening to terminate their operation.
