Juba City Council promises to install water tanks in schools

Juba City Council Deputy Mayor pledges to install water tanks or boreholes in schools to prevent water borne infections among schoolchildren.
 
Ater Ayiel says installation of water tanks in schools is an underway plan of Juba City Council, Radio Bakhita reported.
 
He adds that schools’ environment maintenance is one of the concerns of the city councils.
 
The pledge follows Malakia Primary School Head Teacher David Samson Kenyi’s appeal to government and development partners for provision of water tanks.
