A Member of Parliament or MP representing Lainya at the National Assembly urged non-governmental organizations or NGOs to support about twelve thousand Wonduruba displaced persons or IDPs.
MP Thomas Wani Kundu told Radio Bakhita in a telephone interview on Tuesday that the situation is not yet calm, calling on churches and NGOs that assessed the IDPs to support them.
He appreciated some NGOs for quick intervention, urging them to continue supporting the IDPs.
Wonduruba Payam recently witnessed chaos which displaced many to Lainya County.
