Eastern Equatoria State Governors says creation of 28 states is to resolve political disputes and deliver services to South Sudanese.
Louis Lobong Lojore who was on Sunday told Our Lady of Holy Rosary congregation that the new states would also resolve power struggles, Radio Emmanuel reported.
The Governor refutes views that establishment of new states contradict the recent peace agreement.
Governor Lobong calls for peaceful and healthy means of lobbying for political positions instead confusing communities.
