IMC evaluates Wau Hospital and St Comboni performances

International Medical Corps or IMC Health team is evaluating its three-month performance in upgrading Wau Teaching Hospital in its six-month contract with the government under the Health Pool Fund donation expected to end in December.
 
IMC Program Manager James Okello says they achieved 90 percent of the action plan especially at Wau Teaching Hospital, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
 
St Daniel Comboni Hospital Matron Sr Rose Mary says the health demand for Western Bahr El Ghazal people keeps increasing and such supports are coming at the right time.
 
State Health Ministry Director General James Ukello, acknowledged the progress IMC made by providing light, water, renovation and other medical equipments but that procurement of drugs still remains a challenge.
 
Health Pool Fund State Coordinator in Wau Taban Wodorison says the funding for the project will not stop but modalities might be different from the current one.
