A Catholic priest, also a Professor at St Paul’s National Major Seminary on Sunday at St Joseph’s Church of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba challenged young people against rushing into marriage.
Fr Gabriel Loliwe attributes many broken families today to unplanned marriages, urging youth to study one another and strengthen their relationship to avoid breaking of families after few years of coming together, Radio Bakhita reported.
He advises those engaged never to marry because of the partner’s riches or parents’ influence, encouraging the Christian community to keep their promises to avoid becoming loose elements.
The Catholic priest quoted the Sunday scripture that young people should not to commit adultery and fornication.
