Women Training and Promotion or WOTAP in Western Bahr El Ghazal State concluded in Wau three-day training on proposal and writing report for United Nation Security Council Resolution or UNSCR 1325.
WOTAP Acting Director Theresa Bazilio Tindo in his closing remarks on Thursday says the training was to provide skills to 1325 group and WOTAP employees, urging the participants to practice the knowledge gained, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
Participant, John Uber Paul, expresses happiness that his knowledge increased in report and proposals’ writing.
Facilitator, Ogeno Jackson Oyet, appeals to WOTAP to send women for English language training to help them get more employment opportunities with NGOs.
The three-day training drew 30 participants from Resolution 1325 and other organizations.
