Thousands of Christians of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba on Thursday gathered at Kator Cathedral to celebrate the feast of St Theresa of the Child Jesus under the theme: ‘Serve in love, humility and simplicity’.
Auxiliary Bishop Santo Loku Pio while presiding over the Eucharistic mass tells Christians to emulate St Theresa’s simplicity, Radio Bakhita reported.
He challenged people who prefer performing their duties with pride and some individuals continue to kill innocent people after ceasefire declaration order.
Bishop Loku also warns communities and individuals throughout the country against mobilizing their people to destroy other societies, telling evil doers to change to doing right things.
He advises the Christian community of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba to embrace the spirit of humanity.
