Wau Transport Union in Western Bahr El Ghazal is calling on Somali drivers to cooperate with their office and government authorities to get help in case of problems.
The Union Secretary Ali Osman says his office would not help any unregistered driver, Voice of Hope reported.
Union Chairperson Hawat Hassan Acuil says any foreign driver having Transport Union membership card from his country is expected to pay only ten Pounds membership fee to Western Bahr El Ghazal Union and 20 Pounds at the checkpoint in Wau.
The Union visited some public transport parks in Wau to assess the challenges facing drivers and passengers.
