Western Bahr El Ghazal State Governor says his government will work for the implementation of the IGAD Plus compromised peace agreement which President Salva Kiir signed on Wednesday in Juba.
Rizik Zachariah Hassan said though the government expressed reservations on the document; it would not stop them from working for its implementation.
He says while working for peace they would continue to defend themselves from any attack as witnessed in areas of Upper Nile because Riek Machar is not in control of his commanders who continue to launch attacks.
The governor made the statement while briefing his cabinet at the state secretariat on Thursday after returning from Juba.
