Monsignor John Mathiang Machol likened South Sudanese to Israelites who turned away from God after they were freed from slavery in Egypt to worship other gods of hatred, division, theft and revenge, Radio Good News reported.
He reminded the faithful how joyously South Sudanese celebrated independence on July 9, but the happiness disappeared due to weak faith in God.
