European Union Technical Assistance Potential or EU-TAPP is on Monday inaugurating a State Capacity Building Platform for Lakes State.
In a note CRN got on Monday, people at the state and Local Government levels with expertise in particular fields are being identified and empowered to train others.
EU TAPP expert advisers in Rumbek are inducting ten new staff members from Finance, Local Government, Health, Education, and Physical Infrastructure to plan Payroll management capacity building activities in Rumbek.
