Union of Journalists of South Sudan Chairperson Oliver Modi Philip announces three days for mourning, urging the government to bring the perpetrators to justice.
He calls on all journalists in Juba to assemble at the Union’s office at *:00 to decide in a peaceful manner on what step to take.
The Chairperson laments that Moi Peter is now the sixth journalists killed in South Sudan, wondering how the country can develop without reporters.
Some eyewitnesses observe that it was an intended killing because the late’s telephone and money was not taken from his pocket.
