Sudan People’s Liberation Army or SPLA Spokesperson said opposition force on Tuesday attacked Pageri Administrative Area in Eastern Equatoria State.
Colonel Philip Aguer Panyang told CRN in a telephone that the force attacked civilians and burnt their houses.
He said the SPLA force there is not enough to resist the attackers and that they are deploying a bigger force to reinforce and rescue the situation.
CRN efforts to reach Pageri Chief Administrator Area and local leaders on the ground went in vain.
