Commissioner refutes rumours of war if peace talks fail

Yambio County Commissioner of Western Equatoria says spreading rumours is more dangerous than hearing gunshots, denouncing believe that there would be war if peace talks deadline is not met.
 
Hussein Enoka Ibrahim advises people not to misunderstand and rely on rumours spread by individuals on the internet because deadline does not mean war outbreak, Radio Anisa reported.
 
He urges nationals and foreigners to continue with their normal business, reassuring them of stable security situation in Yambio County.
 
Commissioner Ibrahim urges citizens of Gangura Payam to be calm and peaceful as the government deploys organized forces to protect them and their properties.
 
He appeals to civilians and organized forces to stay in peace and unity.
